Please Help. Can't Add Libraries On My New Account

Hi. I just set up a new account and can’t add any Libraries for my media. I looked up how to do it, but the “Manage” opton isn’t available in settings. Any suggestions?

You reinstalled what, exactly?
You need “Plex Media Server”, not “Plex Media Player”.

For the first setup, you need to open the local web app: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web or http://localhost:32400/web

If you already had Plex Server installed on this machine (even if it was months or years ago), you need to remove some remnants of the old installation: Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support

During the setup, disable any web browser add-ins which can manipulate web site content. Do also disable any VPN software or other “internet filters”.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve installed the server multiple times (of course). I took a look at the link you provided and I think I did have PLEX installed on this laptop (my old one) a while back, but making any changes to the registry is a bit above my pay grade when it comes to technical abilities.
