PLEASE HELP .. husband passed away .. left PLEX library for me

I live in St Louis and hope and pray someone can help me. My husband passed away this past March. He put a significant library of films for me and the boys. He had me help build our rack and computers or servers in the rack. I was put of town after he passed and came home and noticed when i logged into Plex on our Roku there are none of our movies there anymore. We have an extensive library he spent a very long time putting together to keep him busy while he underwent his treatments. He was extremely intelligent and i do not know how to set up or trouble shoot our network as Im sure something with Plex needs updated and or talk to the server as the server doesnt show up when i log in the computer. I am sure this all sounds remedial or ridiculous but he spent a year and a half gathering all these films. Long story short, is there anyone who can service our system. I obviously will pay. We have a server for Roon for music. A server for Plex. Everything is labeled on our etherent, i have spreadsheet listing ip addresses, port numbers, server names and access info, etc.
I am just sick thinking how all his time and work is for naught.
If there is a company or individual you can recommend I would deeply appreciate your help.
Thank you
Angela

Maybe I can try to help .

Do you want to do it via the forum or wants some kind of zoom meeting or something like that ?

Edit: You should try to login on PC and see what is happening, you won’t get much informations on the roku itself
