Please help - I'm skipping a step - trying to skip intro credits

Hello,

I’m in my plex server on my windows system (win 11)

My plex web version is 4.159.0

My other thing under settings says

It says it is Version 1.43.2.10687

I think I may be in the wrong place - I go to libraries

Also, credit detection is in Library, not Libraries.

Also… those are Plex Pass features (I suppose that was FordGuy61’s reference to the “green box” :wink: ).
Based on your forum account, you don’t seem to have a Plex Pass – that might explain why the feature isn’t available / listed for you.
