There seems to be a problem with your remote access setup that results in an indirect connection. Those indirect connections are relayed through a server of Plex and limited to 1 Mbps (2 Mbps for Plex Pass members).
When it comes to remote access, a lot of things can cause such issues… this can be a problem with your Plex configuration, the host device, your home network, the router connecting your home network to the internet or even your ISP.
