I have a qnap nas and when I start up plex it keeps saying download the media server. I have it running on my qnap with the latest version. Any help is appreciated. It also started doing some weird thing today telling me I am not authorized so I changed my pin and that got around that issue.
Changing PIN won’t do any good.

After you did that, you need to re-attach the Plex server to your Plex account: (Re-)Claiming a QNAP Plex Media Server
I have changed the password and pin. it now says “Not Authorized” you do not have access to this server.
