Some Plex player apps support downloading media from your server so you can watch them on the go. This feature exists for the mobile apps (Plex for Android mobile, iOS) and the desktop app (Plex for Mac/Windows/Linux). There’s a feature suggestion to also bring this feature to Android TV streaming boxes — as of today these devices don’t support downloading media.
