Hello, I have a question about the Premium Pass. Now I stream videos from the PC to my TV through plex. Can I also upload the videos directly to Plex with the Plex pass? So that I can watch my videos without having to leave the PC running? does it work ?

Sorry no. Even if you use the Plex Pass downloads feature to copy file to our app on phone it still needs the server on computer running on the network to negotiate the connection between the phone and TV
