I recently upgraded to a DS1819+. I couldn’t get everything to play nice when trying to backup and restore so I just started plex over from the beginning. I have it set to detect intros, but it doesn’t always work when it should. It will start detecting for a particular season and the progress wheel will go about 1/2 way (maybe more), then stop and “rewind” back to about 10 percent done, then stop. This happens for most seasons. Any ideas why it doesn’t finish? I know it is not the files, because most of the shows were fine on the old server.
I did review a bunch of topics on this and tried removing the EAE codec, selecting seasons and forcing “analyze”, restarting, updating, etc. Seems like many people have similar issues, but haven’t found anything that seems to work yet. Thanks.
