I have plex server installed localy, and when I on the same computer as the server try to access plex through http://localhost:32400/web/index.html I get a No soup for you error…
My fix is uninstall server and reinstall Plex-Media-Server-1.14.1.5488, then everything works, for about 24H until plex auto updates, end I have to reinstall the 14 version again
Use app.plex.tv for now, until a newer web app has been included with a new server release.
Can you enable logs in the web app by going to "Settings > Web Client > (Show Advanced) > Debug and change the Debug Level to Enabled?
Then, refresh the app to reproduce the problem, navigate back to that settings page and click the “here” link in the settings description to navigate to the logs page. Copy those logs and please DM them to me. Thanks!
Would have been easy enough to just use that link, but I can’t access my server with a plex app on either my phone or a TV outside of my network with that server version…
Tried to send you my log as a PM, but got an error due to the length of my log…
Zip the log first.
