Plex 1.18.9.2571 on Synology keeps saying there is an update available, but it is not (bug)?

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2571

Plex 1.18.9.2571 on Synology NAS keeps saying that there is a update available, but if I go to the download link it’s the same version I already have installed.

I assume this is a bug!

Will devellopers check here or do I have to report this elsewere ?

One of the reports is a bug, one isn’t.

Are you using the “Public” update channel?

It reports there’s an update when the version strings don’t match. (yes, not how I’d have done it)

We did write this up and submit

Well you probably won’t believe this, I just checked again and now version 1.18.9.2578 is downloading.

Yes, I was using the “Public” update channel.

I guess that the problem is solved !
