Plex AC3 5.1 only plays in stereo on Fire TV

I am not sure when this became an issue but I have not been able to play movies in 5.1 for several months. The Movie is selected in 5.1. My Fire TV plays in 5.1 (Netflix works perfect). But Playing a movie with Plex it only plays in stereo. Movies are also defaulted to stereo on Plex but when I change to 5.1 it still plays in stereo.

HELP!
