Plex activation after change of ipad

Hello,
I activated Plex player on my ipad Air 4 last year, but I had to change the ipad after an accident.
On my new ipad Air 4, I am now trying to activate Plex but it won’t work: when I press activation, 2 windows pop up saying (translated from french): “Oh oh! The operation can’t be achieved. Please try again later” and “Item already bought ! A member of your family has already bought this item. You may acquire it for free”.
As a matter of fact, Plex player has already been activated on different mobile devices in the family, including my previous ipad. But now I can’t to activate it on this device.
Any help would be much apreciated !

Have you tried restoring the previous purchase?
You might need to scroll a bit down on the related screen to get to that option.

As a matter of fact, the restore option was hidden. I hadn’t noticed I could scroll down.
