Stop and restart the Plex server software.
It will only show you drive letters which were attached during the start.
I did, including restart the computer and reseat the USB cable. My external is a WD Easystore 8TB USB Drive. Plex doesnt even show other drives as well, I have a G and a H drive as well.
The C drive is a M-2 960 EVO SSD and my D and H drives are both SSD 850 EVOs so this doesnt even explain why i cant sea the H drive as well. but the G drive is most important for Plex due to thats where I store my Media.
Are you running Plex server as a Windows system service?
Have you tried to type in the drive letter directly into the address bar at the top?
i have tried from the website as well as from a application on windows, and yes i have tried the exact domain name G:\Videos\Full Feature Films\Movies but still no luck
i noticed another ticket posted like me with the same problem but it was never answered and closed due to that, i would like not for that to happen haha, im here for any information you need
What about the system service?
Did the drive install any specialized software when you plugged it in the first time?
A screenshot of the file explorer showing all these drives would also help.
