I need help, two days ago, Plex stopped finding the metatata correctly. I’ve tried everything, I tried to change the agents, but it didn’t work, sometimes it even identifies the TV series, but it doesn’t identify the images (poster and background, which exist in the agents, as I’ve already checked). The same is happening with films, not even the famous films of the Harry Potter saga are recognized.
To make it clear, the files are named and organized exactly the way Plex requires it.
In the example below, we have the series “Yo Soy Franky”, which although my library is in Portuguese, Plex pulled the synopsis in English (there is a version available in Portuguese). In this case, the problem is that Plex does not pull the other data (images). In the case of films, Plex pulls only the name, the rest … like synopsis, release date, posters, cast and direction, no. I know I can edit this manually, but agents are available for that.
