Plex Agents not finding any media

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7621 on Synology NAS
Player Version#: 4.108.0

From some days to today plex agents for retrieving info from TV Series, Films, etc is not working for me, it’s always says “No coincidences found”, is it any problem with Plex or just with my instance.

If I try with IMDB or TheTVDB it works fine.

Please provide some server logs.

There is a known issue where the agents can not get properly initialized on start-up, which will be fixed in the next beta release but I can’t tell if that’s your issue or not without logs. This issue is normally easily fixed by just restarting the server.
