Another crash

this was after turning on hardware encoding, since turned it off.

I’m sorry but may I have the full log file set (ZIP file) which is captured 30 seconds after recreating the issue?

It’s impossible to diagnose from fragments.

Also, please tell me the host OS / environment. (need basic information)

Hi, I’ve sent a full zip file of all logs to you.
OS is Ubuntu 16.04
Media is on a separate mounted HDD in /media
Main OS on a seperate HDD /

I’ve been experiencing random crashing of what seems to be the Transcoding also, but seems funny I’ve submitted my logs on the Forum, and for 2 to 3 days have had no reply from anyone.
My issue is with LiveTV when a HD channel is being watched along with an SD channel, it trips the SD channel out with a “Playback Error”
My system is a i5-3330 with 8Gb RAM, Nvidia GTX-750ti GPU, running Ubuntu 18.04LTS, 3 Hauppage WinTV DuoHD tuners for multiple streams around the home and recording, I also have Hardware Transcoding switched on.
If you need my logs, I’ll gladly upload them…

Update at 15:24GMT - I’ve since switched off Hardware Transcoding and everything works perfectly, so it’s something that Plex doesn’t like when 2 users are either trying to watch channels from the same receiver or recording a show and watching another at the same time… This definitely needs looking into!!
