Plex Always Transcodes 4K to 1080 - Roku Stick+

Hello all,

I’m trying to stream a 4K H.265 video internally to my ROKU Stick+.
No matter what I set things to, it always transcodes to 1080. I turned off subtitles. I have checked the WiFi and I get consistent 90Mb/s or better.
Can anyone tell me where I’m going south? I have no problem converting the Video using FFMPEG, so if I have to, please let me know what the proper command line format should be.
I have uploaded my logs for anyone who knows how to read them.

Are you using the Roku Stick on a non-HDR TV? The logs show something isn’t HDR compatible so it has to transcode the video.

The TV is 4K but not HDR. Thank you very much for that!!
I am going to convert it to SDR and se if that fixes the issue.
