Plex Player on Roku Stick

Hello all,

My daughter is accessing my PMS remotely with a Roku Plex player. It seems to be running pretty well but I am seeing a video transcode when she is playing videos. All my videos are in H265 format(MP4) and the PMS dashboard is telling me its doing an H264 transcode? I checked to see if the Roku Plex player support H265 and it says it does.

Any reason why I am seeing this?

Could be the video quality settings for remote/internet streaming in the Roku plex app.

Settings > Video > Maximum Remote Quality
