Plex and 2 Silicondust DVRs

Hi all does Plex support 2 Silicondust dvrs? I am using a connect 2 (2 tuners) at the moment and I am going to add the new Quatro
(4 tuners)…Will Plex switch to the other dvr if all the tuners are used up?

yes I always run the latest firmware. The only issues I have seen is where someone tries to tie a OTA tuner to a cable prime tuner bc you wont get multiple lineups. When you choose the lineup on the first tuner your mapping the same channels on the second tuner. There was a version of Plex media server several months back where they had a bug using the second tuner, that has been fixed for sometime. Other complain about Plexnot “sharing” tuners but they are trying to use them in multiple apps and plex assumes it has the tuners.
