Plex and ExpressVPN. Split tunneling. Cant access server settings or download metadata

Idk if this is the right thread for this. But.
I have Express VPN with split tunneling enabled. PMS and Chrome are not running through the VPN. Plex works great, except I can’t access server settings and it won’t create thumbnails or download metadata while VPN is on.

I have googled everywhere!! Plz help me!!!
