Plex and NordVPN LOCALLY

So I’ve seen all the posts about people trying like mad since before forever to get to their Plex media through NordVPN via Remote Access and having ZERO luck. (despite the 2 having a corporate relationship)

I however don’t use remote access. I simply want to watch my media on the TVs and ipads around the house. When Plex does decide to work it works pretty good put start Nord and it is 100% inaccessible on ANYTHING, stop nord and it comes right back. What am I missing??? It should still work locally, No??

Oh, Invisibility on LAN is NOT selected in Nord.
