Showing remote access enabled but not working on other device

Player Version#: 8.34 (8140)
Plex Server showing remote access is enabled and working, but apple tv says server not available. Have played around with port forwarding and still no luck.

I think this might have to do with NordVPN split tunneling. Plex is on the disable list so is not going through VPN.

So where is the server and where is the apple TV? If both at home on same network it should not be an issue. But i assume they are not. Try disabling your NordVPN all together and see if the connection is allowed. if it is then you know the issue lies there. If it still doesn’t I would triple check all the port forwarding rules and IP of the server to verify its correct.

If you can give us the details of how the traffic is going, hopefully we can fix.

They are on the same network. Get the same issue when using the web player on the same computer too.

When Nord is off everything works. Wondering what needs to change with Nord. (Split tunnel or not)
