Plex and Plexamp for iOS no longer uses "Custom server access URLs"

Plexamp and Plex for iOS have recently stopped being able to connect back to my Plex server over tailscale. I can access the server and all the ports/service in Safari, but none of the Plex apps can connect on iOS. I have specified the Tailscale IP and server name in the “Custom server access URLs.” and all of my Windows/macOS systems can access Plex over tailscale just fine.

Any ideas? This setup works great and keeps my Plex server unexposed to the internet, but it just suddenly stopped working on my iPhone/iPad…
