i loaded the app up first time great played music fine then closed but now i have this locked on a blank screen.

I mean there is not much i can do in regards to troubleshooting i get no menus etc… but I’ve tried
to remove the app clear cache & clear all user data on Andriod mobile
Tried this on my Pc encase crashed loading my music library but same issue on this device.
Made sure my plex server is online and the Music is playable through the normal plex application.
the Plexamp app has already worked once for me i have listened to music through this fine i just opened the app and now get greeted with the above screenshot on phone and Desktop. any help would be great as i do think the Amp app for music is 100x better

I don’t really understand what you mean, but it seems like you got issues with Plexamp on both PC and Android. Your information you provided is pretty scarce, and the picture could be my new wallpaper, so please give us some more information on what is going on, when and how it happens, and what (or if) you already tried to fix it.
i have already tried clearing cache on mobile
reinstalling application
i mean theirs not much i can do i just get a blank screen no menu no options unless there is shortcut keys to close any open activity.
DEVICE: Server connection worked for raspberrypi
Discovery: Fetching hubs for library /library/sections/3 server 754fd79443a601bbd314d8f399563709f085f452
It seems to be fetching data from the raspberry pi server, I’m not sure why it’s blank
But why is it asking for port 32500? Isn’t Plex in LAN fixed to 32400?
I can only change my public port (I have no idea why it tells me it’s not available outside my network although I am currently connected to it from outside…)
