Plex Android app saying Offline

Hi.

My Android app is showing Offline and can’t get it to change. Web app is working. Other mobile devices are working.

Have tried usual fault finding (sign out, sign in, restarted phone, checked device is registered at server etc).

Any ideas?

Disable the auto login and reboot phone.

Thanks but had tried that to no avail.

A reinstall of Plex fixes it temporarily. But after a few days usage it’ll potentially go offline again. It’s strange and I can’t seem to diagnose the fault.

It can’t be my network as I have the same issue connecting remotely from other networks yet my wife’s connects fine.

Starting to think the culprit may actually be the mobile as it’s the only constant but I was just checking that no-one else has experienced this issue before I go and rebuild it.

I have found the same issue recently. Reinstall app temp fixed it.

Same is happening to me on 2 different devices resetting the home screen setup to default also fixes it

This is happening to me as well and it started after the update to Plex Android 7.17. Seems to be a bug.

Disabling Auto Login and restarting app worked for me. Time will tell if this resolves the issue long term.
