Plex Ap Will Not Load on Windows 10

App installs fine and populates data. Am able to access server through Web. Only time App worked was immediately after install. No issues running it then. Have tried the troubleshooting, clean install via the Plex posted method and Ap still will not launch even when run as admin. Have tried the windows trouble shooter as well. Server is up an accessible through web only.

I have the same problem I notice no one from plex answers these problems
