Hello. Long time PMS power user here reporting a bug with the Plex app for Apple TV:
When playing content on the Plex app for Apple TV, while wearing headphones with Spacial Audio enabled, if you connect or disconnect a second pair of headphones while the Plex app is playing content, the audio playback becomes distorted (essentially breaking Spacial Audio). The only fix is to switch spacial audio off and back on.
How do I know it’s a Plex app bug? It only happens when using the plex app. - If you do the same thing in the Apple TV or Netflix apps, the audio doesn’t break.
I’m sure this is an obscure bug, but for those of us that use headphones with the Apple TV daily, it’s actually pretty annoying
