Plex app can get connection to server but libraries are not found

Server Version#: v1.41.8.9834-071366d65
Player Version#: 2025.20.0

I may not have picked the proper category and/or tag as this is my first post.

The server is on TrueNAS Scale 25.04.1
The player is Samsung s22
But I have the same problem with Samsung TV app and Windows app

Last month I installed plex and had everything working quite well. I was able to use several devices to view content. I was trying to figure out why the TrueNAS cpu was transcoding so much and then all of a sudden all the apps stopped letting me get into the libraries I had setup.

Going to http://truenas:34200/web worked fine

I have since removed and reinstalled everything and have the same problem. I have checked all the things mentioned on the web about network etc. Nothing I see seems wrong.
I looked at the log files when I try to access a library and nothing shows up as far as I can see.

Is there some sort of debug trace available?
Is there some hand operations to simulate connecting to the library?

I am stumped and any help would be appreciated.

This post may be of some help:

After some camping trips I started to look at this again. I tried a number of things but nothing seemed to solve it. Then the 1.2.5 update came and magically everything seemed to start working.
I did release my server and reconnected it at the same time so that may have been it too.
Logging out of everything and starting again may too have helped.
Anyway life it much better now.

Still working on why my s95d samsung tv won’t play anything. Seems to be internet speed check fails???
My firestick seems to think the sever is not directly connected but it is.
