But i’ve looked at the windows app, the android app & the web interface & I can’t find anything.

Are your Sonos speakers on the same network as the Plex app yo are using? The apps must be able to detect the speakers for the option to show up. If you can try from the Android app, then get me the log, I can check if it is seeing your speakers.
Only the one network in the house so the sonos speakers & the plex app are on the same one.

I hope you see something. Here should I see this control?
To be clear, when you click on the cast button, you don’t see the option to use Sonos at the bottom?
Well yes I see a cast option but:
a) since the guide lists iOS, Windows app & web app I assumed there was some other control that would be available in all four apps, and
b) the cast doesn’t work well. Most of the time it stops after each song in my queue.
a - Nope. That cast button covers all type of casting: Chromecast, AirPlay, Sonos, and Plex Companion.
b - Not seeing the option and not working well are 2 different issues. Your initial post was you couldn’t see the sources. I assume that’s not an issue anymore? Stopping after a song is something that was been reported and the devs are investigating.
