Plex app doesn't see my libraries, but web browser, Plexamp and Plex Photos apps do

I have an iPhone 17 pro and it no longer “sees” the music and photo libraries that are set up on my NAS. I can use a browser and see the libraries; I install Plex Amp and Plex Photos, and both of those worked immediately and fine.

I bring up the the Plex app on my iphone and tap the Libraries option at the bottom of the screen. It displays “No Results Your library is empty”. But, it displays the name of the NAS in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

I’ve uninstalled the app and redownloaded and reinstalled it. Same issues. ChatGPT is convinced that Plex isn’t going to fix this issue because it thinks Plex is only focusing on streaming services and movies/tv.

Is there a fix? Will there be a fix? Is Plex abandoning Libraries?

The new apps do not yet support photos and Music. We are adding them back but I do not have an ETA.
