This happens currently only on my Windows 10 laptop - it has started doing this, In the last week only, I had to pay the $5 to activate it. It has now asked me again (a few days later) and will play 1 minute and then stop. It keeps this up no matter what I try to do. I searched using Google and saw this same thing back in 2015. It was a Microsoft issue (what a shocker there!). I never saw a resolution posted. The only thing I did see, was in these forums, but that link is now dead.
Anyone have any ideas? It doesn’t do it on my phone or XBOX (yet).
