This list you linked to is made by the same guy who build the website.
KaonMedia is the OEM. The Set top box code name is KSTB6020 and it’s indeed in the Reddit link you sent.

When an approved one is launched on the market, you’ll find it in the Google Supported list here: http://storage.googleapis.com/play_public/supported_devices.csv
