All of a sudden the TV does not link up. Everytime I generate a code and enter it… the app on the TV give’s an error: Oops that didn’t work. There are no other means to contact Plex Support other than this forum. What is the use to pay for Plex and not have proper support?

I’m having a similar problem on the Plex app on LG Smart TV. I get the authentication code, the account links to the TV, I choose my user from the list of users, then it goes back to the “Welcome to our new app!” screen, with a never ending spinning wheel.

Same issue with me, spinning orange circle of boredom 
Tried both users, tried uninstalling the app. Same issue

If you don’t update your old apps settings you will always get the spinner. As I said in another post
Then when you update there are another set of settings at the bottom, unlike the old app which is found in your avatar.
