Upon starting the plex app on my xbox one, the plex logo appears with the loading circle and it just stays like that with the circle spinning. Its been like this for the past two weeks already. I already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
i had it happen on ps4 i deleted on ps4 shut the system down booted up and redownloaded plex and it fixed it for me also i run the newwest plex pass media server to.

are you running newst plex media server ? and have you maybe tried restarting the server ?

My plex media server is up to date (Version 0.9.12.0). I already tried restarting the server.
newest version is 0.9.12.1 try that one and see if it helps its all worth a shot when somthing wont work.

I re-downloaded the server but its still not updating.

Never mind, had to quit the app first to update it. Let me try this all over again now.

Plex on the xbox one is still not loading.
Wow so I removed the xbox from my device in the plex server and I also changed my xbox name which gave me the option to restart (Not sure if its the same hard reset like I was doing before) now its working!
glad you got it working that was gonna next thing i said shoulda remmberd to mention it earlyer but had to run to go to doctor.
