according to the latest scan SSL Server Test: plex.tv (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) with more details here SSL Server Test: plex.tv (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) the server currently accepts also TLS 1.2 connections which might be the cause that this is working again.

But sometime in the future only TLS 1.3 and its successor will probably be supported.
