For now I tried following this guide:
This allowed me to install Tzien Studio, Samsung TV Extensions, and Samsung Certificate Extension.
I could then create my Author and Distributor certificates but then I’m quite stuck.
I tried to import Orca Plex archive, but the system won’t allow me to do it, as the wizard cannot find any project…
Then I guess I was wrong here 
Today, seems my orca was working again, instead of the green offline icon it was blue again… Did Plex change something?

Proxy on vs proxy off, or?
I think Fabio does not use the proxy at all and is on Version 2.012, correct?
Indeed no proxy here, maybe it’s back on TLS 1.2 ?
Same here, Plex Orca version 2.012 fully working, including user authentication and switching…
maybe they revert the option indeed ?? @dane22 , can you investigate this? 
according to the latest scan SSL Server Test: plex.tv (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) with more details here SSL Server Test: plex.tv (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) the server currently accepts also TLS 1.2 connections which might be the cause that this is working again.
Glad to hear, it is working for you again!
But sometime in the future only TLS 1.3 and its successor will probably be supported.
Issues for later
Don’t understand why Samsung itself is not updating the televisions , because it’s the underlying http that’s causing the issue, right? Or is the orca app just not supporting 1.3 ?
The HW in the TV’s can’t handle it. They are too old
Is there so much difference in 1.2 and 1.3 ? I don’t see an relationship with hardware here?
The ciphers supported req. better HW
