For thos of is that paid Plex for their Plex Pass, the “Recommended” tabs should be able to be turned off.. your charging an A$$load of money for this pass, and Im not really seeing the perks of it.

In older apps you can set it to remember whichever was the last library tab you used. Settings>Experience>Remember Selected tab
In newer apps you can set libraries to Browse view by default. in Settings>Experience>Default Library view.
Are you referring to the discover/live tv/movies hubs added to the Home Screen (screenshot below)? If so, you can disable that in “Online Media Sources” in your Account Settings.
