[BUG] [plex android app][server-docker]PLEX app still plays old subtitle .srt file even after old subtitle(.srt) file is modified or replaced

way to reproduce :

  1. open plex android app(latest), play an tv episode with external Chinese srt loaded. Close app.

  2. Replace the .srt file on the server with a new corrected file.

3.play the episode with plex android app, still old subtitle.

4.try plex dance (remove media folder,scan folder,clear trash,clear bundle,readd media folder,scan),

5.play the episode with plex android app, still old subtitle.

6.uninstall app ,clear data,reinstall app

7.play the episode with plex android app, still old subtitle.

8.play the episide in web browser, new subtitle is loaded.

9.play the episide in android app, force transcode, new subtitle is loaded.
