Plex App Video playback issues

I recently updated the server after getting notified of an update in the iOS app. I have tried everything I could find online and nothing fixes the issue. It’s to the point that I can’t watch anything. I have been a premium user for many years and.never had issues. anytime I play a video if I try to go forward or back the video freezes and I have to force close the app and restart the video. Audio keeps playing but I can’t get the video without restarting from the beginning. I can pause but not jump forward or back. I tried resetting the app, my devices, restarted the main computer. I have 3 devices and all 3 are doing the same thing. All are updated including the IOS. I have not tried my television yet, will test that this weekend. I hope it’s fixed soon. I believe it’s in the update I did.
