Plex App will not start

My Plex Media Server on RN214 is failing to start. When i try to turn it on i get the error message “Application failed to initialise…The app failed to start. Please update or contact developer Code:22002010000” i have the latest version of the Plex Media Server installed and they same problem occurs if i instal a previous version.
Please can someone help? Thank you

Your server logs might contain a pointer as for what’s causing your issue. Alternatively there might be some more details in the Netgear‘s system logs (though I have no idea how to access the latter)
