This is on my Terramaster NAS it was working fine yesterday but now says it can’t connect and to try later
So many questions…
- What version of PMS do you have installed on this NAS?
- With what app (platform, version) are you trying to connect to your server?
- Are both the app and server signed in with the same Plex account?
- also… in case you recently reset your account password and opted to sign out all devices… did you reclaim the server afterwards?
- Are both the NAS and client on the same network/subnet?
- do you experience the issue with other Plex apps too or just this one?
„It’s not working“ leaves so much room for guessing.

Quick answer is that it was working yesterday. Nothing has changed
I select Plex after opening my app page on my Terramaster NAS
I get the message cannot connect to Plex server please try later
To be fair one thing has changed is that I have no internet. But this is all on a LAN. But does Plex server need to access the internet ?
It needs to in order to authenticate your account.

Only that puzzles me is that I have the free not Premium account. My Apple TV 4K plays movies in the same Plex app on the NAS over the LAN.
I was opening it from within the NAS
But I get my broadband restored tomorrow so I’ll see
