Plex Arcade Fire Stick 4K Doesn't Work

I can’t get anything to even start, just a black screen on my Fire 4K Stick with up to date firmware. What I
Is the problem? I have wasted almost my entire month of the free 30 days and keep wasting time trying to get it to work. Frustrating

we’re working with Parsec to resolve this issue, sorry for how long it’s taking.

So this is a known issue and still going on? Just a black screen here. Would be nice to, you know, not make this a paid feature until it’s working?

Known issue, we just got an update, we expect it to be on the order of weeks before we get an upgraded SDK with a fix.

Fire sticks are not the only devices we support.

That’s understandable, but it might be a good idea not to advertise that FireTV is supported until it is?

Yeah, this is my big thing. I started my free trial on March 14th and if it’s going to be on the order of weeks, I’m going to completely miss it.

The WebOS Plex App doesn’t support it either, which would be my only other option. I had no expectation of it working since it wasn’t on the list- the FireTV sticks, though, were listed as supported.

Yeah I got it for the fire tv stick. Have you gotten it to work on anything else?

No go, really. My TV is smart, but runs WebOS, which isn’t supported. Fire Stick gives me a black screen (and maybe 20% of the time, I’ll get some sound- but if that happens it just locks my App and I have to force quit it). I’m SOL until there’s a FireTV fix.

It’s not the end of the world, and if it works as advertised I’ll be happy to pay for the convenience- I would just rather not miss out on a month to try it out for free.

I also understand you’re working through issues but now I’m paying for the games service (first payment yesterday after trial) and can’t play anything. I have four (4) 4K Fire Sticks, which all do the same thing.

Should I cancel my subscription for games until it’s corrected?

That might be the best thing, as we’re currently beholden on Parsec to deliver the fixes and it’s been taking quite a while :frowning:
