Plex Arcade not working after latest PMS Update - Continuous loading

Hello,

First time using Plex Forums so forgive me if I miss anything. Have PMS 1.22.1.4228 running on a Windows 10 Desktop. Have had no issues regarding playback of Movies/TV Shows and the occasional times I’ve tried out Plex Arcade, It’s been smooth sailing in terms of launching and playback (after fixing some initial errors)

After just installing the newest Public Update, Movies and TV Shows still play fine both remote and locally but Plex Arcade games just contonously buffer/load. No error or anything. Doesn’t go to a black screen, just has the poster artwork in the background with the orange spinning circle spinning forever. Tried on both iOS and Edge and Chrome on my Desktop, both of which have previously worked. Tried multiple restarts but still the same thing.

Tried multiple consoles (N64 Parallel, GBA mGBA, SNES Snes9x and even the default Arcade games included) all presented the same issue, infinite buffer with no error.

Any ideas? If I need to provide anything else, just let me know. Thank you.

Same here, none of the games work prior to this install…

Can I see a log? And possibly you have to give network permissions again to Plex Game Transcoder.exe

Verified Plex Game Transcoder had network permissions but went ahead and removed it and readded it and granted the permissions again. Same error.

That seems to have done the trick. Thanks for the tip! Tested multiple games with different cores and all worked great.

Except one, Resident Evil 2 for N64 has FMVs and they no longer play. Just get graphical errors/artifacts where they should be. I’m able to skip them and get to gameplay, but now while in game, the player character and the zombies are on top of everything in the background. There’s no depth anymore, just characters walking around a static 2D image. I’m guessing this is something to do with the new HW transcoding for parallel

?
