Plex Authentication issue

I am unable to get Plex to sign my account in on my mobile phone after resetting my password.
If I open a different browser - Plex won’t let me sign in. Plex also never emails any links when you try getting log in reset help. I know you would say that is an issue with Hotmail - I guess my comment is can you check your Plex logs to confirm if you sent the message. - other services have no issues sending reset links - are your DMARC, DKIM and SPF records setup many email services now days require senders to have the configured so you messages don’t get blocked.

I am currently in the plex app on my desktop but if I log out, I can’t get logged back into plex without remove a few registry keys.

I found that I had to use the username, as using the email address does not work. I guess this ticket can be closed. Solution: use username not email address.

I am not sure that is a result of the enabling MFA.

Email resets are never sent when I use my email address.
