Plex auto match worked on all of my Doctor Who (2005) series EXCEPT for season 7. What gives?

Like it says in the title: I added my Doctor Who collection to my Plex server, and it looks like the match found all the episodes and all the specials and sorted them correctly… however the NUMBER and POSTER for season 7 is oddly missing. Plex instead labelled it “Season 2012” while all the others are numbered normally. Sadly this also puts the season in the wrong order because “2012” comes after “12”. Why is Plex correctly labelling all the seasons but one? Any guesses how to fix so it will put them back in the correct order with the right picture?

I can rename it manually to Season 7, but it doesn’t fix the order they appear in since somewhere in the system it is still “Season 2012” by default. It kinda seems like this season is missing ALL metadata, which would also explain why Plex couldn’t find any of the episode names for this season either.

Thanks for replying to my issue ChuckPa… Unforunately, I’m having trouble interpreting your response. It appears you’ve sent me a linux directory listing for your Doctor Who folder or something with the episodes from season 12 listed below it… can I ask how this info is relevant to my issue?

I was showing you the naming as I have it.

Please note that I have it specifically named as the (2005) series.

As such, I don’t get incorrect grouping as you are showing

What I’m suggesting, indirectly, is to confirm your file naming is per Plex naming rules because you as showing both a Season 12 (which is correct) and a Season 2012 which does not belong with the 2005 series resulting in getting the generic Series poster. Did you intend Season 13 ?
