Plex bandwidth graph on Dashboard : Blue remote line not working at all

DSM 7.0.1-42218 Update 2

Plex running on Synology Docker (version 20.10.3-1239)
Docker image : Hotio/plex:latest
Server Version#: 1.25.4.5426
Player Version#: 4.69.1

I have my own custom domain : (ex: https://plex.mycustomdomain.com:32400), indicate in Network > Custom server access URLs
Remote acess settings is disable

I am facing a problem with Plex bandwidth graph. When a movie starts remotely, no graph line appears. I have the impression that the upload traffic was not analyzed by Plex. This only happens for remote connections. With direct Play connecting in LAN, the yellow graph line is clearly visible and I can see my upload evolving. This problem appears in Plex Web (Dashbooard) or in Plex Dash app on iOS for The remote blue line.

Has anyone experienced this before? Do you have any idea where the problem could come from? I think is related to my custom domain and Remote acess settings but i can’t figured out how Bandwith Analysis works by plex.
