Plex becomes unavailable and informs you that it cannot make secure connections

Server Version#: 1.16.6.1592
Player Version#: 4.4.1

PLEX everyday getting unavailable, I no longer know what to do, almost giving up. I’m using manual port, but still checking the logs it seems that PLEX is activating I get messages like NAT: PMP, timed out waiting for response. Can anyone help please. I have created many topics and I get no answer. Let it be registered, today at 6:45 AM plex lost connection again.

What you tested your manual port forwarding configuration?

You can probe your public port from www.canyouseeme.org

Make sure the public IP address reported here is the same as the public IP address that is in use by the WAN interface of your router.

Yes, this has been going on for almost a month, I’ve done everything. It worked very well for 8 months.

What is your exact issue? Is remote access not working? Is local access not working?

Remote access is suddenly unavailable. It works for about 6h sometimes and then suddenly stops working.

How about local acess? Is the server local to you?

Remote, but I can do the test locally via ssh.

Is this server running a VPN?

The port responds so its available so its not NAT or a firewall.

I am using cloudflare redirection with nginx, but even if I disable redirection it has the same error. Redirect was an alternative, but to no avail.

The door is open and working, the problem is that out of nowhere, the service is unavailable.

But is there a VPN tunnel established?

There is no vpn.

Notifies that it is not possible to connect securely at times, either.

This type of setup falls outside of Plex’s support scope. Without really dissecting your entire setup hands-on this is not easily solved.
