Been using Plex flawlessly since 2015. Now I upgraded to a new TV, and wanted to start streaming 4k content. Some files works fine, some don’t.
With certain files I have insane buffering issues, and other files just buffer 1 or 2 times during the entire movie. Now, I optimized the cabling so theres only total of 6m Cat6 cables between server and TV (2 x 3m), gigabit network etc. I even tried changing to streaming from my main PC which is a much stronger build.
On this specific file its almost every 10-30 seconds.
Viewing the file directly through VLC on the TV (still over LAN) is absolutely flawless.

Now, I could watch through VLC, but I’d really like to solve this issue, since I use Plex for everything.
