Did you move these files elsewhere?
Did you restart PMS after that?
I don’t see in your logs where you did.
I have updated the logs as I previously hadn’t seen how to stop plex running:

All these files have been moved into other libraries.
I did not know I had to restart Plex Media Server after moving files. Is that procedure? I usually do a library scan or optimise database, empty trash etc.
I don’t have PMS on my Mac laptop.
Looking at it again although I had moved the physical files, I had not cleaned up the MEDIA DOWNLOADS folder so all the movies were still pictured with bin logos. I cleaned it all up.
After having stopped Plex I ran it again and everything began to work.
