Plex cannot find a server to sign in on the account

Server Version#: 4.54.5
Player Version#:
I have 4 RASPIs with Docker and a plex server in each of them (linuxserver / plex: bionic), the data resides on a disk connected to one of the RASPIs, all the servers, including the RASPI server that has the data, worked perfectly.
One day I removed one of the servers from the list of authorized devices (specifically the RASPI server with the data). Well, since that day the server does not appear anymore, no matter how much I sign in in the account.
I’ve already removed the plex server, I’ve deleted docker and reinstalled everything, I log out of the account and log in again, but nothing, the server DOES NOT APPEAR.
The server works perfectly in Docker, it is ok, but plex does not see it.
Curiously, with the rest of the servers, I have removed them from the list of authorized servers, but if I exit the account, when I sign in, they appear again, only with one of them plex doesn’t see it.
Despair!!! three days installing and uninstalling everything and nothing, it’s like a mystery …

I appreciate any information that can help me, because I just want to have the server in that RASPI, that is where the data resides.

Thank you!!!

If the server is running & working but not seen then it’s not logged into / associated with your account.

You need to claim it.

You can verify this by (from the shell) curl http://127.0.0.1:32400/identity

If claimed, It will respond with XML similar to:

[~] # curl http://127.0.0.1:32400/identity
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<MediaContainer size="0" claimed="1" machineIdentifier="7---redacted-8"
</MediaContainer>

If it’s claimed, Preferences.xml will show you the account it’s claimed to.
